Task Master CLI will makes Cursor 10x better at building projects. I created a full video demo of how it works. For those that don't want to watch. Here's what happens: 1️⃣ Install npm i task-master-ai CLI 2️⃣ Give it a description of your project. It will generate a PRD 3️⃣ It will then convert the PRD into tasks (10 detailed .txt files and a .json that acts as a local db to task track status) 4️⃣ Ask it to do a task. It will do the task and mark it off as done. Each task can also be broken down into small tasks using "expand" command. Following these steps it will build out an entire project. This is the future of dev and how tools like Manus work. But you can run it locally and follow step by step to make sure you're happy with what's happening. Seems a fitting to be posting about Task Master the day before Passover starts. Good job by Eyal Toledano who built this project.

Status is interesting because it lives in the minds of other people. You don’t get to decide how much status you have. You can’t just say, “Hey, everyone, I have high status.” People will say, “Prove it.” And they’re the ones who get to decide. So why do we care about status? There’s a neuroscientist I really like, Michael Gazzaniga, who says that when you get up in the morning, you think about status. You think about where you stand in relation to other people. There’s actually a lot of research in neuroscience on what happens when the mind is at rest—when you’re not focused on a task and your thoughts start to drift. Scientists call this the “default mode network.” It’s a set of brain regions that become active when your mind is wandering. What’s striking is that these regions overlap with the ones involved in thinking about your social world—how you’re seen, how others are seen, where you fit in, how you’re evaluated. So when we have free time, when our minds wander, what do we think about? We think about exactly what Gazzaniga is pointing to. Status isn’t some abstract concern. It’s the background hum of thought, the thing your mind returns to when nothing else is demanding your attention.

We just released some epic stuff at Binary Defense today with our MDR Plus services. Finally. After 18 months of patience, FSD is officially approved and live in the Netherlands. I’ve been driving with it for 2 days now. And the experience is on another level. It feels like the future unfolding in real time. The precision. The intelligence. The confidence of the system. This is not incremental progress. This is a clear step forward in how mobility works. And since we need to communicate, they’ve set up a system so we can see them and it makes me really happy when I look at them 💙: Honestly when I read them, I can really feel the sincerity like the genuine love you all have for us shows up in words but today… is it because it’s my birthday? My closing thoughts on the 2025 season: College Football is not just a game. There’s something magical about the highs and lows, the hirings and firings, the big plays and the massive let downs, the predictions and the pageantry of it all. #Oklahoma’s first home playoff game embodied all of it. That 1st quarter gave me a glimpse of how much Oklahoma fans are desperate to be back on the main stage. We saw 15 minutes of complete ball — the first time all year. It was beyond electric. The roaring and buzzing of the crowd was one of the most spiritual experiences I’ve ever had in my life at the Palace. I’ll never forget the feeling of that moment. Going to the game with my dad and brother in nearly the same seats that my grandparents sat in for 20+ years — it was perfect. And for that, I’m thankful. I’m thankful for the challenge of the SEC. I’m thankful for BV and Team 131. I’m thankful for what the future holds. Losing a 17 point lead has been a tough pill to swallow, and honestly it almost feels like a curse. Oklahoma Sooners and the Buffalo Bills are feeling synonymous to me right now. Even though, don’t think it will always be that way. I truly feel BV is building something that will win it all and he’ll do it the right way. Regardless of the outcome, Oklahoma fans alway shows up. After all these years and all the heartaches and all the let downs — Oklahoma is loyal and courageous. I’m proud to be from Oklahoma and proud to support the Sooners through it all. My final thoughts on the season: - Make the staff changes that will get us over the hump - Retain as much of this roster as possible - Make a splash in the portal - Let’s make a run in 2026 As always, it’s BOOMER SOONER for me. I don't think that's right. I don't think discriminating against Asians or Jews is right either, especially when the Supreme Court tells you not to. ...Listen, Harvard has required courses that say that being against affirmative action and being against reverse racism is white supremacy. I disagree with Harvard's required courses on that. I think you should be able to debate these things. But once the Supreme Court rules against them and they ignore it, and once they're very clearly violating civil rights, maybe they should also lose their tax exempt status the same way Bob Jones did. And I actually don't disagree with you, but except for this, it seems to me that had the, you know, had the administration sent Harvard a letter saying, look, we're taking grants away and removing your tax exempt status until you can properly remedy the discrimination as it relates to anti-Semitism and other things. ...The letter that they sent was very different. The letter that they sent, if you really read it, effectively, would put Harvard under control of the administration. I mean, it goes through who they're hiring, how the applicants are put into the school, all of those things for what is ostensibly a private university, now a private university that gets benefits from from the government...Tell me what you think of that. Joe: So what happens when someone has clearly broken the law is they very often will then make a settlement. And if you look at how the Department of Education and accreditation and works today, it's very clear that I think it defines way too much. And so the Department of Education is used to being able to kind of make settlements...I don't think what this administration is doing there is very different than how a lot of other accreditors work. Now, I would prefer accreditors had a lot less power, but given that they did break the law, and given that they do need to make a settlement, this is not that unusual... ...the requests are not unreasonable. Mito Pereira was a par on the last away from winning the PGA Championship in 2022 before he joined Torque GC on the LIV Golf League later that year. 3 seasons later, he was relegated yesterday after finishing 51st on the Individual Standings. He gave his reaction after the round: “To be honest, I was really happy for Sebastian, really happy for Joaco, really happy for Carlos. Obviously how Sebastian played this tournament, how Joaco played this entire year and Carlos also. It's never easy to play bad, but I tried. I gave my best, and we move on. “Hopefully I'll have more opportunities in the future. If not, I know I gave my best these past two years. But overall really happy for these guys, too, and really happy to get the win with this team. “That, I think, means a lot to me and of course for them. On that side, I'm really happy. On the other one, I just know I gave my best.” You can see on Mito’s face how devastated he is to lose his status, despite his team picking up their first win of the season. Maybe I sound like a broken record; I’ve mentioned this before, but it still holds true: His voice opened the door for me, but it’s his mindset that made me stay. The first moment I realized how special he is was back in BV 1. Whether it was scripted or not, watching him get lost in a foreign country, unable to speak the language, and still choosing to stay calm, enjoy nature, comfort the cameraman, and even suggest the spot as a potential album jacket location, that moment said everything. Then came Run BTS episodes, Layover interviews, and countless behind-the-scenes clips. Every time, he thinks differently. Unconventionally. Creatively. It’s refreshing, like he’s wired to find beauty and possibility where most people wouldn’t look. And the thing that really sealed it for me? The way he approached enlistment. While others understandably felt nervous or emotional, he embraced it with genuine excitement, as a chance to grow. And then he didn’t just get through it, he thrived. He led. He excelled. That kind of mindset… it’s just on another level. And it’s why I admire him so deeply. #KimTaehyung

I got pretty emotional while editing this if I’m being honest. Touring is never an easy grind as it is, but leaving your 2 year old girl for an entire month during the most formative time of her life is a sacrifice that doesn’t go unnoticed. I could tell how much he missed his girls and how it was eating away at him, but it really went to show me how truly dedicated he is to his career and how much he believes in the future of Jack & Jack. Thank you to you guys for making it all worthwile and coming to the shows and bringing unbelievable energy night in and night out. As independent artists with no on the road security and traveling through 11 different countries over 28 days, all combined with how expensive tour life overseas can be at our current venue sizes, bringing the girls with felt like an impossible task. But him, Geneva, and Hayvie took it all on the chin purely out of belief in our future. Even typing this out now motivates me to do things bigger and better year after year so we can ensure he never has to leave his girls behind again… Gilinsky is truly the best dad I know and I’m proud of these 3 for managing to get through this past month without each other ❤️ -J
