100%. I agree with this. Even during warmups if one has the red jersey on they all have it on. All of them have hats on. It’s the culture and culture takes you a long way.

was a stlcardinal groundskeeper for 10 years. even as a groundskeeper we had to make a crew decision before walking on the field shorts pants hat no hat. we had to match. cardinals tunnel has player uniform dress code posted right before you enter the dugout. i have stories 😂

He’s wrong about a lot. They aren’t one of the smallest small market teams. The players don’t come out all wearing the same thing in the exact same way. It’s silly to think uniform conformity is somehow a marker as to a franchise’s success. Nonsense.

He is correct but it didn’t feel that way last year. They need a presence back in that locker room.
