Is it worth upgrading to the iPhone 18 Pro, or should I skip this year?

I’m thinking skip and see what they whip up for the anniversary edition and the Duo 2.

The increased price seems like it's too much. But like every year, I'm tempted

Upgrading solely for the heatsink and camera improvements. Humidity in Pune ain’t helping with the heat 🥲

I’m also on the 16 Pro, no vapour chamber 🤪

The display heatsink is also going to be a huge plus for me considering all the videos I shoot on this in log

It all depends in what is your iPhone right now. If you an iPhone 15 or earlier, of course. If you have an iPhone 15 pro or 16 pro, maybe. If you have an iPhone 17 pro, not really.

It’s worth replacing your ohone every 3-4 years. Not sooner than that unless you can name something specific you want from it.

I upgraded. But i still think that it should be better to see later this week if things really change (photos, battery life, thermal heat.....)

How much quality of life will you get? If you already hesitate then you can’t see a feature you really want.

In my opinion it is not worth wasting your money on like I got the iPhone 17 pro and the 18 pro isn’t really a big difference form the 17 pro

It depends on your needs. If you find something that will truly enhance your work style or even your comfort, and you can afford to buy it, then why not?

I have the 16 pro max, and the 18 pro max was tempting me however the 20th anniversary is next year and they most likely will change the design and make better camera upgrades

next year would be a redesign bc it’s 20th year anniversary for iphone. i think it would be worth it.
