Put them on a bitch clock.

For the recreational player...yes. many public clubs do a very poor job of marshaling and 5/6 hour rounds happen far too frequently.

If he waited any longer the grass would have grown over his club.

Its setting a terrible precedence.. its not ok on any level, 4 hours and 20 minutes should be a law. Or you’re asked to catch up or be removed

Slow play keeps me out of more local tourneys. I play fast and can’t stand being held up. People acting like the local event is at Augusta is a major issue to me.

The Caddie Network account goes hard after the guy giving out free beers! #JustSaying Haha!

he hits this in less than 30 seconds and is allowed up to 40 seconds for tee shot on a par 4 or par 5 if you have a people’s with how long this took, you have a problem with the rule, not the player

Yes, but that's lightweight right there. The problem is the junior players and mini tour players in 3somes playing 6 hour rounds

So a dude hitting a ball of a tee gets 2-3 minutes and gets to tell everyone around him to shut it. But a major league hitter getting 100 Mph and 94 cutters has a timer? Sounds about right.

An emphatic Yes . Surely Pro 2 balls can play in 4 hours or less . Average round in the UK takes 3.5 hours . NA Clubs need to take this more seriously , and PGAT needs to start enforcing rules . It’s ridiculous and impossible to enjoy . Shot clock NOW !
