What bone broth, aaa steak and a whole lot of nature will do to a mf… On the real tho, your body is incredible, it’s designed with impeccable precision and pure divinity. The human body is the most magnificent organism. When the mind, body and soul is in unison it can regenerate and heal from anything. If I believed in the maya of the medical establishment I would not look like this. I’d be frail, weak, going into the hospital every 8 weeks to take biological immunosuppressant medication intravenously. I was so sick I had a section of my colon removed, at that point I made the conscious decision to take back control of my health, to become the ceo of my life and take my power back in my hands. My biggest mistake was giving all my power away and blindly taking whatever pills they gave me. I decided that was no longer for me. I went seeking for truth. I was mentored by great teachers of health, I studied day in and day out, learned the ancient schools of medicine, I became disciplined, I fasted, I prayed, I reconnected to nature and I came out a healed man. In hindsight I cherish my path, the journey, the trials and tribulations, it made me who I am. The ripple effect of my pain was tremendous, many people will be impacted for better by it. I will continue to give all of you my heart and my soul too. Life is beautiful, your energy is your greatest currency. Feeling vibrant and vital physically, emotionally and spiritually is available to all of us. You can live life with a fullness you never thought possible, you can reach the highest levels of attainment. Free from all the pain. No one wants to go through this life feeling drained and exhausted. Your reality should inspire you everyday. All of us living in this exact time and space are not here by coincidence, we’re at a crucial point of awakening and truth. Nothing is hidden anymore and the only way for it all to change is if we all change from within. Each soul came to this earth for a reason, and it wasn’t to cause or to live in pain. Healing the body and healing the earth are one and the same, it begins with getting out of the way and allowing nature to do what it’s meant to do; flourish. The human mind is capable of amazing feats, but within the complexity of the mind we can also deter from the true intuitive path. The illusionary world operates with scarcity, victimhood, poverty consciousness, greed and fear… a belief that you are lacking something and are unaccepted. These are the manifestations of dis-ease. You were designed perfectly, your body and mind is capable of feeling better than it’s ever felt, it took me years to get there but it’s beyond worth it. You can not extract the full magnitude of life with a body that’s been taken away from its inherent nature. We weren’t designed to consume the toxins we do yet still our body finds a way to keep us alive. When your vessel is operating at its fullest you emit and aura that is impossible to miss. We are beings of light, each one of your 70 trillion cells creates an electrical output. The healthier those cells are the more radiating your energy will be, and with that all the affluence of the world will be magnetized to you. Start with the basics, prioritize sunlight, drink the purest spring water, sleep well, walk and exercise daily, breathe deep into your body, eat organic whole foods, eliminate everything processed, avoid food that’s been tampered with by man, use herbs as medicines, cut all toxic relationships from your life, take care of the people you love, do a couple fasts ever year, and be grateful for the life God gifted you. Every moment is precious, every moment is a moment we will never get back. Reflect truth when you speak to people, show them compassion, honour and strength, put love above opinion and judgment. There’s enough malice in the world there’s no need to add to it. High standards, personal excellence and inner discipline can change the world… most importantly it’ll change your world.

Normalise RDL as a main movement. The Romanian Deadlift (RDL) or Heavy Barbell Hip Hinge is a powerhouse exercise that has gained a lot of popularity among strength and conditioning coaches, powerlifters, and bodybuilders alike. This movement is often called an “athlete maker" in my mind due to its ability to build strength, muscle mass, and athleticism in both men and women. One of the primary reasons why the RDL is so effective for athletes is because it is triphasic, for the uninitiated meaning it involves three distinct phases of muscle action: eccentric, isometric, and concentric. During the eccentric phase, the lifter is lowering the weight, which creates tension and stress on the muscles, leading to greater muscle damage and adaptation. The isometric phase occurs when the lifter pauses at the bottom of the lift, holding the weight in a static position, which increases the time under tension and helps to build strength and stability. Finally, during the concentric phase, the lifter raises the weight, activating the muscles in a way that promotes greater hypertrophy. Compared to a traditional deadlift off the floor, the RDL places a greater emphasis on the posterior chain, specifically the proximal hamstring, glutes, and erector spinae muscles. The lift also engages the distal hamstring muscles in a nearly fully extended position, promoting greater muscle activation and strengthening. The RDL is an excellent way to develop strength and hypertrophy in these muscle groups, leading to improved overall athletic performance, including greater power, speed, and explosiveness. Given the numerous benefits of the RDL, it should be a main movement in any training program that aims to improve strength, muscle mass, and overall athletic performance. Incorporating heavy barbell hip hinge movements, such as the RDL, into your training regimen can help to promote better posture, improved mobility, and greater overall strength and athleticism. So, whether you are a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or athlete, consider adding the RDL to your training program to take your strength and athleticism to the next level.

Bryson DeChambeau hasn’t played since the Ryder Cup and he won’t be again until LIV Golf Riyadh in February. He says he’s been speed training through the off season though and has a target of reaching a comfortable 200mph ball speed. He’s also been playing table tennis with America’s number 1, Kanak Jha. Speaking to Tom Hobbs from Flushing It Golf, Bryson said: “I’m not playing until Riyadh. I’m going to be going in hot though. I’m sneaky working on my game really hard. “I'm going to start ramping up my speed again. I ramped up my speed in November, got it to where I was pumping over 190 quite efficiently with some slow golf balls and stuff. I got to 200 quite a bit. “I haven’t done much recently though. I was playing some ping pong actually the past couple of days with the number one USA player, Kanak Jha. He's so much fun. Ping Pong is my favourite sport, so I got to learn a little bit from the best in the U.S. He’s twenty first in the world. So nobody's really gotten that high from the U.S. which is sweet. “But I'll get back to speed training right after Christmas and going into the new season, I want to be close to 200. So that's my goal. I’ll just get to a place where I’m super comfortable swinging fast.” The last time Bryson went after speed he gained an enormous amount of mass. He’s come back down through the weights though over the last few seasons and is much healthier for it. But, if Force = Mass x Acceleration, will he look to add more mass again and what’s more important, increasing acceleration or gaining mass? “They're both very important. If you don't have any mass, you can't accelerate it. It's a symbiotic relationship. It's actually more like F equals M V squared, that’s more of the velocity side of it. “You can accelerate too, but what I would say is the most important thing is it's not necessarily the mass or the acceleration, it’s the ability to put pressure onto the club. So you're able to apply pressure and control that through your grip strengths around a circle, that's probably the more important piece. Applying controlled pressure to the golf club like grip pressure. “It's not that you just accelerate the club, because you have to learn how to control the face through that motion as well. So it's all, you know, you can say it's acceleration, but it's a lot of grip pressure stuff. The more you control the grip pressure and how you're moving that grip, I would say that’s more the answer to your question. “And I guess at a certain point there’s dimishning return with, you know, going up in the mass and even down in the mass. There is a sweet spot for swinging a golf club. If you get a speedstick, there's just not enough mass behind it to create the smash factor necessary, and vice versa if it is too heavy, you can’t swing it that fast. “I'll always say swinging and accelerating the club is probably the most important, but the real answer is applying the most pressure to the golf club. The grip pressure. You’re not gripping it tighter, but your hand force into it pulling it and then throwing it around the corner.” Continues in comments thread below. STOP KILLING YOUR GEARBOX 😡😡😡🤬 (Correct sequence to park an automatic car ) You’ve been parking your automatic car the wrong way for years, and it is slowly destroying your transmission. Most people just pull into a spot, slam the gear into P (Park), and then pull the handbrake. If you’re doing this, you are literally asking your gearbox to hold the entire weight of your car. Here is the Right way to do it in 5 steps: 1. Come to a full stop with your foot on the brake. 2. Shift the gear to N (Neutral). 3. Pull your Handbrake (or engage the electronic parking brake) with your foot still on the foot brake 4. Engage Parking Gear 5. Remove Your Foot from the Brakes. Why should you do this? Inside your transmission, there’s a tiny metal pin called a Parking Pawl. When you put the car in Park (P) without using the handbrake first, that tiny pin is the only thing stopping your car from rolling away. If you are parked on a hill or a slope, the stress on that pin is massive. Have you ever noticed that loud, painful CLUNK sound when you try to shift out of Park on a hill or slope? That’s the sound of your transmission screaming. You are literally forcing the gears to grind against that pinned-up weight. Over time, you’re rounding off the edges of that metal pin or, worse, snapping it. The handbrake was designed to hold the weight of the car onto the chassis frame. The transmission was designed to shift gears. Stop making the gearbox do the heavy lifting. Except of course you want to replace it regularly (that's not cheap). You're welcome 🤝🏾 .

#HelloBlessedPeople 🙏🏾 Unpopular opinion…but TRUTH nonetheless!! Ultimately, The key is NOT to ball up your fist, grit your teeth & try harder… It’s to TRUST DEEPER!! Many of us spend so much time trying to do more that we forget to spend time with the One who gives us the strength to do it all. TRUST is an ACTION WORD!! Abraham wasn’t perfect, but he trusted GOD enough to MOVE. He left what was comfortable because he trusted the CHARACTER of GOD more than the certainty of his circumstances. So let me ask YOU… How much INTENTIONAL time are you creating for your Creator? Because you & I know, we MAKE time for those things that we deem important!! So, instead of reaching for your phone to call or scroll… what if you reached for GOD’s Word? Instead of trying HARDER…what if you trusted DEEPER? Faith isn’t about having all the answers… It’s about having a relationship with & trusting the One who does!! Recognize your own limitations and surrender your struggles & perceived strengths to GOD, allowing His divine strength to take over and work through you! 2 Corinthians 12:9-11 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. #BBTB #Faith #TrustGod #Growth #DawkTalk
