No this is Clip Studio but theres a similar one in Procreate called “Baskerville” inside the folder “inking” on the old library. You punch in to bring out the old library.

For Procreate, the most similar brush is Gesinski ink, you can try it

Clip Studio has a brush setting where you can vary the width of a line by speed. Looks like this is set up to be wider when slower and thinner when faster.

You can use the ink pen brush in procreate to create that style. May have to make some small pressure adjustments so I would make a duplicate and make adjustments to that.
