What started out as an economic partnership in order to prevent future wars among neighbors, turned into an expansionist, socialist bureaucracy that stifles innovation and punishes free speech. Good original idea, terrible execution.

The EU these days feels like a dictatorship. The ideas and intent is great - like diplomacy, free travel, no taxes ... But even the Euro and ECB are questionable today. The EU Commission is a total horror. We need a restart the EU.
