@bomani_jones I get more mad when they hire black coaches knowing their teams are set up to fail, then fire them as if it’s their fault Gardner Minshew or Davis Mills etc. is the starting QB. Pierce had no shot, Lovie has no shot, Wilks with Josh Rosen has no chance and so on.

The fact the rule is needed is why it doesn't work. America just elected a white supremacist fascist who ran on promising to do away with DEI programs. There's not a sincere effort from billionaire owners to right past wrongs, nor will there be any consequences for not trying.

@bomani_jones Get rid of rule. All it does is feed false narratives about DEI. And no, @bomani_jones , I don't think the interviewees will land a job as a result of being mentioned. Pep, for example, is not a household name to public but he remains well known amongst colleagues.
