Severe Osteoarthritis and RA...zero pain, no meds after changing my diet.

The carnivore diet can be a trap. At first U feel fantastic arthritis & metabolic issues improve due to the elimination effect. But down the line,it boomerangs. Arthritis can resurface alongside new health issues. Choose carefully, my friends. !💪👊

Absolutely. Diet can influence arthritis, especially through body weight, insulin resistance, inflammation, and overall metabolic health. I’ve also seen people report significant improvements in joint pain after removing foods that seem to trigger symptoms. It’s another reminder that joint health isn’t just about wear and tear.

Yes, without a doubt.

For sure!!

I have severe joint pain if I eat plants. My doc tested for arthritis-she said I don't have any of the markers. So, what is the explanation? Are the tests testing for the wrong things?

are you getting younger by the day...any way thanks for being a living example of what you preach....I'm almost 100% close to the diets you guys are following..

I live a low carb lifestyle, that priorities protein from animal products. 44 no arthritis yet

Keto can actually accelerate joint damage." Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) study, which showed that while high-fat, ultra-low-carb diets successfully trigger weight loss, they paradoxically worsen osteoarthritis and joint degeneration.

Love the shirt!💪🏽

I dunno, my grandma was skinny as a nail and she had horrible arthritis, and I’m not what I’d call lacking in extra caloric storage deposits, but I don’t have any arthritis at all. Mind you I’m only 42.

I am loaded w/ arthritis. Hips are broken. Can't work out; walking my dog is very painful. The good news, just my hips. I guess the lifetime of lifting, bike riding and horse riding finally got me. I've been low carb forever (with about 5 years being the exception.)

HELL YES!!!!
