Is there a reasonable doubt in the Lindsey Clancy trial?

I just learned more about this case than watching the news. Thanks!

🥷🏼🥷🏼🥷🏼

The Ambien, Ativan and other drugs could have lowered her heart rate like that. Drugs were found crushed in a drink of hers. I never take my own meds that way. If she was drugged with sedatives she could have been convinced she killed the kids and jumped out of grief.

💯💯💯💯

For all the people who get their info from TikTok vs what her defense attorney has actually said…

I’m not a paramedic but I watch Alone and they talk about hypothermia a ton. And I looked it up… “When fully clothed in cold air, severe hypothermia (core body temperature dropping below 82°F/28°C) typically takes 1 to 6 hours to set in, depending heavily on the exact air temperature, wind, and whether the clothing is wet. In extreme sub-zero conditions or freezing water, the timeline shrinks drastically to 15 to 60 minutes.”

♥️♥️

Btw… did you see who just bought the Clancy’s house?

The thing that got me immediately though was that Patrick said he spoke with her… and on the stand he said she said “I tried to ‘off myself’” then he asked her where the kids are… she didn’t confess… like everyone said she did but she allegedly says “in the basement”. But he doesn’t check on them… he waits till the cops show up… fast forward to them showing up… they say she’s unconscious and just moaning (her thyroid is crushed and she literally can’t talk) so there’s that… and then he goes in alone(?) which is so weird… especially if she admitted to unaliving them… because the cops should have gone in… hi crime scene(?) but nope… he goes in… and screams “she killed the effing kids” not “she effing killed the kids”… that was so off to me… the “effing kids”?? And he immediately thinks they’re gone and still removes all evidence. And yeah people justify all this. But here we are. Nobody interrogates him. They take his word and hyper focuses on her. And we have seen cases like this where cops hyperfocus on one person and ignore the actual person. But we are the ones who are seeing things wrong 😑

Bro it was 29° outside that day. She was wearing a fucking tank top and jeans, lying on the ice cold frigid ground in 29° weather for almost 40 minutes. Now let's couple that with the actual knowledge that severe blood loss in itself regardless of the outdoor temperature also causes your core body temperature to significantly plummet. I literally have no idea how you retards even function in life.

Rigo, this trial is about “psychosis” … not “who dun it”. The Judge comes out explaining regularly about the “law” concerning her defense.

They is more than reasonable doubt.

💯💯💯

Blood loss can cause hypothermia.

I thought they were only trying to figure out if she goes to mental or prison. I didn’t think it was about her innocence vs guilt

They still have to find her guilty of the crime. So they can find her guilty, not guilty or not guilty due to insanity.

Hold on, no he’s not trying to prove that there’s reasonable doubt that she did it. He’s stated, acknowledged that she in fact did commit the crime. What he’s trying to prove is she was not of sound mine when she did what she did.

Ok Ringo her body was losing blood in addition to the cold so, yes that's hypothermia

@OYourNameHereO Did they usually text each other in the house ?? If not, that could have been texted by just one person faking that they’re texting each other

Guesstimate: mistrial 👀

💯💯

They answered those questions today. The extreme hypothermia was from the severed spinal cord. Anything below the injury no longer had the ability to regulate temperature. And the last witness testifies he gave her his phone to call Patrick and she told him she heard a voice demanding her to kill the kids and herself.

That woman has to go to jail. As a NURSE she should have known the consequences of psychiatric meds . I am a nurse of many years of experience and we all should know pharmacology I know my meds , how does she not know the side effects of over medication.

She was unconscious, she couldn’t possibly have committed those murders with a heart rate that slow.

This is completely wrong. This case is not about who did it. She admitted to it, her attorney admitted to it.. the judge has explained this multiple times. They’re trying to figure out if she would spend the rest of her life in prison or a beautiful mental health facility.

I don't understand why she didn't just kill herself and leave her kids behind, she ended up doing the opposite Then she tries to commit suicide and doesn't succeed but she will go through months in a courtroom to try to avoiding prison 🤔

Your initial statement is incorrect. The defense already admitted that she did it. The defense is using an “Insanity” defense. She will be found Guilty, Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, or mistrial. She and her lawyer already admitted she murdered the children.

Like the amount of time Ive used “reasonable doubt” since this trial. Like, its permanently been added to my vocabulary……

💯💯

She slit her wrists. The loss of blood will cause hyporthermia and a drop in heart rate. You can talk while you still have a good supply of blood but you get wraker the more you lose. Her heart rate was up when she was nervous, but went down after texting her husband because she was assured her plan was going through. CVS cameras show her husband was where he said he was at the time.

Reasonable doubt that she did it? She confessed to every bit of it & her own legal team is not denying she did it. If she didn’t do it, but confessed? She’s got a lot more mental issues than postpartum psychosis.

happy to take the email one. All major email tools use an outbox vs sent function. The outbox holds the message until it is sent, no internet it holds in the inbox pinging the internet every few minutes until a signal comes back & then sends could be hours or days but it will send eventually. It just takes a second of connection. So it’s unreliable for forensic timestamps without using email headers and other system timestamps to corroborate.

Rigo…mistrial or the defense finds irrefutable evidence on the husband, I’m starting to think it was him setting her up, love you❤️✌️

@OYourNameHereO Yes. Body temperature is a big issue It is really rare-and horrible- for a mother to kill her own children ….and then to jump out a window ….i have the deepest sadness for the children -but all those meds…& the husband

She admitted to the murder in her civil case. More interesting, her subjective psych history given in civil complaint is vastly different than her criminal defense.

I had post partum depression but never had i thought of harming my children! And hubby there may have been in it with her I don’t buy this BS

Bro he said “she knows she killed her kids” in his opening statement

She already admitted guilt that's not what happening in this trial.

oh God u "ppl" are retarded as hell. the speed of that heartrate drop isn't a medically bizarre event. at least 3 of the meds she was taking could cause that to happen such as sinus tachycardia. And Patrick can still use his phone as a hotspot for his laptop on the road🥱

It just doesn’t add up.

The husband did this people the facts were just discussed there's no way in the ambo. They didn't try to warm her up get the paramedics to testify and if thats the case yeah dady the husband did it period ‼️‼️👀🔎🙏✝️ for that woman's baby's

Here are a few videos from other moms who suffered with postpartum psychosis.

She did NOT go into extreme hypothermia in 30 minutes. You left out a ton of critical testimonies from all the rest of the medical experts. She killed her kids; leave this poor guy alone ffs.
