Well yes. Schizophrenics were treated in the 1940’s with huge success with large amounts of Niacin as well. Documented.

Saw a post recently in the carnivore group by a woman who suffered for years with schizophrenia who was now able to get out and enjoy life again.

Pretty sure B3 (Niacin) plays a big role here 🤔

It is indeed the key to opening up solutions to Mental wellness. I'm proof of that 😇

While I'm hopeful as you are, a single case is a bit of a premature stage of the process to be going public with it just yet. Perhaps after a small population study with good results would be more appropriate?

The reason I did carnivor was for anxiety relief which never came. I’m still carnivor, lost a ton of weight and gained some solid muscle, but I got no metal health benefits from it.

The guys that discovered the LDL receptor also attempted to create a foam cell with non-modified LDL. They failed. They repeated the trick with oxidised LDL, and succeeded. Thus proving that LDL has to be oxidised to form plaques. This was back in 1990. We've known since then that high LDL itself does not cause heart disease. Funny how the establishment let that revelation slide past them.

The ratio between your triglycerides and your HDL is a very good predictor of metabolic health.

At 54, Mary came to me with a laundry list of health issues: obesity, prediabetes, high triglycerides, chronic inflammation, constant fatigue, low vitamin D, multiple joints pain, back pain, and anxiety. She felt trapped in a body that just wasn’t cooperating. She thought maybe her body was broken. Or maybe it was just “her age” or “menopause.” In just 16 weeks, everything changed. ✅ 35 lbs lost (204 → 169 lbs) ✅ 6 inches off her waist (43” → 37”). Also dropped 1.5” off her neck, 5.5” off her bust, 3.5” off her hips, and 2” off each of her arms and thighs. ✅ Blood sugar normalized (Glucose: 112 → 95) ✅ A1C improved (5.7 → 5.5) ✅ Insulin slashed (10.2 → 3.1) ✅ Triglycerides cut by 62% (248 → 94) ✅ Inflammation plummeted (hsCRP: 4.7 → 2.3) ✅ Vitamin D optimized (16 → 63) ✅ Pain mostly gone. Anxiety gone. Cravings gone. Energy back. No surgeries. No Ozempic. No starvation. No magic pills. Just: 🥩 A very low carb, high protein, whole food diet 🏋🏻‍♀️ Smart resistance training 💊 Targeted supplements (Vitamin D3/K2, magnesium, omega-3s) ✅ Consistency and accountability She prioritized protein, stayed committed, and never looked back. Now she feels incredible, and this is only the beginning. Food isn’t just fuel. It’s information. It’s medicine. It’s the difference between barely getting through the day and thriving. If you’re stuck in a cycle of pain, fatigue, and weight that won’t budge… there is another way. And it can look completely different in just a few months. Imagine where you could be 16 weeks from now. Or even a year from today. It starts with food.
