Is this discipline .. or abuse?

This lady runs a pre-school as well. Planet Kids. If this is how she treats her own children… imagine how she treats yours.

Discipline done in rage is abuse.

A couple slaps on the arm does NOT equal "abuse." If a child flatly refuses instructions and throws a fit on the floor to boot, a bit of pain should be the expectation.

She's trying to teach responsibility, which is good. Stubborn toddlers are tough to deal with, but teaching a toddler is a lot easier than dealing with an irresponsible teenager or adult who doesn't respect her or her rules. The mom needs a long bath. Kid will be fine.

She is disciplining her child, which is better than her kid not knowing rules and growing up to be a lazy punk. She would probably do better to be calmer herself though.

I wouldn't nominate her for mother of the year, but there is no way it rises to the level of abuse.

Non of above. She cannot even get her fat arse up to beat the child. Lead by example. If your child sees you inhaling Cheeto all day and then scream at you for doing the same, what in the word do you expect them to do ? Fold the clothes in the background while she cleans the toys. Fucking disappointment of a human.

This is not how to get this done.
