This guy isn’t wrong—he’s a paying customer, and this WOMAN (or Ms. Whatever) along with everyone like her is mentally ill. It all looks like a childish game to anyone with a level head. In india they dress up for the occasion and we would call them as other- gender on government forms. it's difficult in your country of they- them, some identity as men,when women and vice-versa, cats, dogs, camel and anything possible. Thank god we dot use pronouns!
