Why are the Amish so much more efficient than modern builders? This is what should be studied in universities, not gender studies

The Amish are more efficient cause they'll have like 30 dudes working on a single barn where we have like 6. If you watch the videos of the Amish building, you'll just watch the hord flood the job site.

No PPE, no one is tied off, no inspections, no fees, no regulation. There’s a few reasons why it’s slower today, but this shouldn’t take more than a day anyways

That's really not that impressive, just about what's expected. They have like 10-12 guys on the crew. Metal roofing is easy to install, as is windows in new construction.

Because they work together As a team And don’t whine the entire time Everyone does their part As Americans we used to understand this ideology at one point. Seems to be very bewildering to some now days.

No regulations. Craftsmanship is handed down by generations.. No profiting since everyone helps build everything..
