why wouldn't it be? It's essentially a paintball pistol that's being fed non-lethal pepper rounds, which will cause the target to have the same reaction to being pepper-sprayed. Good non-lethal home and personal defense option. ...of course, I own real guns AND paintball guns, so I wouldn't need this, but I'd need the pepper rounds for my existing paintball markers (though, having a pistol like that one would be nice).

Byrna has been making these for years, they have pepper spray and tear gas inside the rounds. Yes, legal in all 50 states.

Legal in most States. Possibly not all. I would be a bit concerned about confusing it with my firearms in the heat of the moment, but I highly recommend a less-than-lethal option in addition to a firearm.

Yes. In all 50 States, no background check, and can be shipped directly to your home. You can also carry these with no permit.

Doesn't matter. It's a toy. It will end up getting you s**t and ki!!ed by a real weapon if you think you're going to defend yourself with it. It's a glamorous over priced paintball g*n. Might scare off a dog or racoon
