Is this rhetoric helpful or divisive?

It's has always been and always be divide and conquer and we go for it every time.

It’s very divisive, I sincerely ask Black Women to stand by your men, family, ancestors and let them know you’re not buying what they’re selling. Vote your interest whatever party, but that messaging very toxic.

So, as a Black American voter, I'm frustrated time after time, that the Dems do NOTHING for us while doing everything for everybody else and I'm just supposed to continue voting for them. Where's the logic in that? She makes no sense.
