How long does it survive underground, exposed to dirt, gravel, water, ice, cold, heat etc...? What tests have been done to determine its rate & time of deterioration underground? How much does it cost per barrel or square feet? What is the application rate per square foot?

The city needs to fill the cracks…correction…mini canyons on my street with this stuff. They fill the cracks with tar only for it to deteriorate in less than three years. Waste of taxpayer money.
