Gender focus is not the only problem. It's lack of experience. Covid wiped out all the experienced senior pilots that Endeavor's new recruits would have learned from. That said this ad is absolute cringe. 🤦‍♀️

That doesn’t mean they aren’t qualified, but bragging about unmanned flights isn’t so cool in retrospect.
