Thanks for this! I fractured my fibula in Army basic training in the second week. I was in a walking cast for 6.5 weeks, and ran 2 miles to pass a PT test the following day so I could graduate with my class. Didn’t have surgery like him, but it’s not a difficult injury to recover from quickly.
