Isometrics at driveway gym

I learned this from the Bruce Lee Encyclopedia book when I was a teen. I fabricated the setup he had and did it daily for years. Fantastic stuff.

I started a few months ago, isometric exercises.....but this is brilliant. I was starting to itch for a new angle...I will definitely be watching this again!

Great work! Can you tell me how I can something like that up? What type of bands are those? How did you seti it up/ attachment/ anchor point etc? Any information/ advice is helpful and greatly appreciated!
