Except, we've offered "land-for-peace" concessions multiple times, which the Arabs rejected. After a couple intifadas and constant rejection of peace offerings (including all of the WB and East Jerusalem), Israelis understood there is no partner. You're a kid who has never stepped foot in this region, so your ignorance is understandable.
