Russian Telegram channels post information about a Rostov military unit where Russian soldiers have their ribs broken, are handcuffed to street poles and sent to "zeroing" positions if they do not pay. In Russian military unit #31831, allegedly battalion commander major Petrosyan Oganes Shakhnazarovich and chief of staff major Shek Alexey Alexandrovich handcuff their subordinates to poles and beat them by breaking their ribs, Z-channels claim. Telegram channel ASTRA confirmed the identity of one of the commanders. For example, the video shows an officer beating a subordinate with a fan for drinking alcohol in the unit. In addition, the two officers allegedly collect 50,000 rubles ($545) from soldiers every month, and those who do not pay are sent to positions where "it is simply impossible to survive." One of these dead guys is 18-year-old Mikhail with the call sign "Luntik", according to pro-war channels. Also, in this unit, humanitarian aid is allegedly being sold off and fake documents of a combat order for 40,000 rubles ($444), which allows to leave the military unit.

Exercise DUSTLIK 2026 - the 7th edition of the India-Uzbekistan joint military exercise, is being conducted at the Gurumsaray Field Training Area, Namangan, Uzbekistan, from 12 to 25 April 2026. The exercise is aimed at enhancing interoperability and joint operational capability in semi-mountainous terrain, with focus on joint planning, tactical drills, special arms skills and special operations against unlawful armed groups. During the exercise, troops of both contingents have undertaken area familiarisation, exchange of tactics, techniques and procedures, ambidextrous pistol firing, reflex shooting, RPG firing, unarmed combat, bayonet fighting, UAV application, Fire and Move drills in urban terrain, Combat Casualty Evacuation, reconnaissance and surveillance, house intervention drills, mountaineering, rappelling, sniper training and navigation exercises to strengthen tactical synergy and operational readiness. Physical endurance and team spirit have also been reinforced through runs, calisthenics, yoga and other confidence-building activities. As a result, the number of Iranian missile strikes is increasing, causing extensive material damage and human casualties (the latter being lower than the former due to the high use of shelters by Israeli citizens, which has meant that the death toll is much lower compared to Iran). With a reduction in the interception rate and an ever-escalating conflict, there is concern in Israel that it will not be able to prevent attacks in the near future on ‘sensitive’ infrastructure, which would deal a severe blow to the energy and vital capabilities of the state and its population.

⭐️ In 1968, 22-year-old Rocky Bleier was drafted into the U.S. Army shortly after beginning his NFL career. He volunteered for combat duty in Vietnam and served as an infantryman with Charlie Company, 31st Infantry Regiment, 196th Light Infantry Brigade. In August 1969, his unit was ambushed near Heip Duc. Bleier was shot in the thigh and severely wounded by a grenade explosion that cost him part of his right foot. Doctors told him his football career was over. Bleier refused to accept it. After months of recovery and rehabilitation, he returned to the Pittsburgh Steelers, initially struggling just to run again. Through years of perseverance, he regained his strength and earned a key role in the Steelers' offense during their dominant 1970s run. She volunteered. First Lieutenant Ashley White graduated from Kent State University and accepted her commission as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the United States Army. She loved the camaraderie. She loved belonging to something bigger than herself. That is what her mother remembered most.
