This is the feature that might finally stop the 'GitHub for code, Linear for issues' split a lot of teams run. The real test is whether the filtering and workflow automation around custom fields matches Linear's polish — that's historically been the gap. But native integration with the rest of the GitHub context is a real advantage if the UX is there.
