In Catherine Estates, we have built homes at affordable price points, and we are working to build even more because we want you to have the homes you have long been dreaming of. These starter homes have ample land space and come with pre-approved plans for you to expand when you are ready. The demand is great, I know, but we are up to the task and we will keep building homes for you.

American cattle rancher says his herds were never sick until he started being required to give them vaccines and antibiotics “We didn't used to have vaccines and our cattle herd wasn't nearly as sick. Now we have every kind of vaccine, every kind of antibiotic, every kind of medication you can think of. From expensive to out the roof, none of them are cheap. And our cattle herds are still sick”

Putin's message to generations that will live in hundreds of years: "We, who lived in Russia in the endless stream of time in the 20th and 21st centuries, gratefully perceived everything that was done by our predecessors, our ancestors. We lived like everyone else, everywhere and always with our current concerns, but we did not stand still. We moved forward, we worked, fought, and tried our best to solve the problems that our time presented to us. We thought about the future, we thought about you. And if our message is now in your hands — it means that you too feel part of our common, endless stream of time. It means that you too feel and understand the connection of times. This is very important. Congratulations on this. It means that we too, when we worked, fought, and thought about you, did not live in vain. And we achieved a lot. We wish that luck will always be with you. And that you will be happy. That your children, your grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will be proud of you, just as we are proud of our fathers, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers in our time."

For the first time, the three of us are in the same place in life - and as we continue to grow as brothers, husbands, fathers & artists, this project is a window into our lives. It’s the story of where we have been, what we have learned and where we are now.

Just three years after the terror attack that took the lives of Our London Family, we find ourselves in a frustrating yet familiar place. A residence standing up for Palestinian human rights was repeatedly threatened and damaged before being set ablaze in what authorities are calling an act of arson. Three years later, we still have to renew our calls for leaders to step up and address Islamophobia and anti-Palestinian racism. This kind of hate kills. We are beyond anguish. We are beyond words. We want action. Now.

🚨"It's POISON for our cows..." Farmer Raises the Alarm on SICK Cows. What do they have in common? They are being fed Bovaer. Farmers in Denmark are mandated to feed the additive Bovaer to their cows, or face steep fines and/or prison. Bovaer is a food additive designed to reduce methane production in cows. The farmer said: "We started in the beginning of October with a low doses, and we raised it up till the full doses around the 20th of October, a little bit before. On the 30th of October, we really got problems. 🚨We have four groups of cows in our stable. We have one group with 36 sick cows, and in the end of the day, it started also in two other groups, and at that point, we really thought it's Bovaer. We heard already earlier some problems about other farmers, and the signals were really the same. 🚨On Friday morning, we had like 70 cows on our health list, and on Saturday morning, it was almost 90. We really don't want to feed it anymore. It's just poison for our cows.⤵️

“What we have no clarity on yet is UNRWA’s ability to bring in the supplies we already have, which are about half of all UN supplies outside Gaza right now,” our Sam Rose tells @‌Channel4. In UNRWA’s warehouses in Jordan and Egypt, we have enough food for the whole population of #Gaza for three months, blankets and tents for hundreds of thousands, and medicines to keep health clinics running. We just need a ban on bringing it in to be lifted.

an inside look at ai pin, as we head to #CES2024 (sound on) a ton of technology in a small package. a lot of industry firsts. all beautifully crafted and rigorously tested. 2024 will be the year of ai hardware, and we knew this moment was coming when we started building 5 years ago at Humane — and this is just the beginning…

Sam Altman: if we stopped AI and your child then died of a curable disease you'd feel differently about just stopping "You know, having kids is like the best thing that happened in my life so far. And I know a lot of other people say that, it's a cliche, but it's so true." "If my kids had some disease and it could have been cured if we had kept going with AI, which I believe all diseases will be, and we had just stopped it because we said people are a little uncomfortable with the rate of change..." " And they just didn't want to deal with it and think about it, and your kid then had a disease that didn't get cured and it would have been cured had we figured out a way to proceed responsibly and not just stop, I think you might have a different answer to just, you know, why don't you just stop and go on with our lives."

The last time we were in this room it was BOMBS AWAY on Iran, today Trump seems CONFUSED and STUCK When asked about the back and forth he says, "You know, you always have to keep your guard up." All we know now is Rubio is involved in the talks that Iran denies are happening and we have no proof are even happening. Markets don't believe a deal is possible anymore.

I know we are all tired. I know we are all sick of this world and sick of the evil- keep your eyes on Jesus- He is our strength. We don’t have much time left church. Keep sharing the gospel, keep telling your friends and family about Jesus and about the truth that is going on in this world.
