Quality over quantity. How WELL you perform every rep of an exercise is FAR more important than how MUCH you lift or how MANY reps you do. Take your time. Ramp force gradually, accelerate minimally, and move slowly and deliberately to keep the target muscles continuously loaded and minimize risk of injury. Listen I go very hard, in fact many people judge how hard I work and how many hours etc … but what many miss is that I always listen to my body and myself, I just happen to love what I do so it makes it very manageable but what makes it manageable for me is how much I sleep and how much I’m willing to just rest and Veg if I feel the need .. please friends stop judging yourself and start finding your balance Btw: more people need to figure out how to really work when they are in work hours. Impact of your hours matters more than how many you put in, obviously both is ideal for the big dreamers ‼️🍾💛✅ #mindset #garyvee

Shoving yourself into a position you can’t access without a lot of compensation usually isn’t the best idea if you have knee pain. To be clear, I think the Knees Over Toes approach has good qualities to it. This is not an attack on the methodology or the people involved in it. However, this is a critique on how this exercise, and many like it, may not be the best choice for many people. Some can and have seen success from these programs, but I’ve met a whole lot who haven’t. If it works for you, that’s awesome. Keep going. But if it doesn’t, then it may be time to try something different.

Rewatching Episode 9, and I still burst out laughing at this exchange😂 Qing Lang's razor-sharp tongue isn't always on display, but when he decides to be petty, he does it with absolute precision. "But you actually did everything that I mentioned. I didn't falsely accuse you." 😂😂😂😂 On a more serious note, I really appreciate how the series took the time to address the difference between a stalker (or sasaeng fan) and what Chang Yang did. The writers didn't sugarcoat it. They acknowledged that there is an incredibly fine line between Chang Yang's actions and what sasaengs often do. But they also made an important distinction: intent alone isn't enough—what matters is consent, boundaries, and how the other person receives those actions. As Qing Lang himself puts it, "It is what it is." To me, that line carries a deeper meaning: "Yes, you did something that many people—including my fans—may not understand or approve of. But because it was you, and because I know your heart and your intentions, I'm the one who gets to decide what it means to me." That's what ultimately separates a welcomed act from an unwanted intrusion. The same behaviour can have completely different meanings depending on the relationship, the mutual understanding, and, above all, the consent of the person involved. I also think the show is quietly reminding us of something else: we, as the audience, are free to interpret, debate, and theorize. That's part of the fun. But at the end of the day, only the people who created the story truly know every intention behind it. Still... don't let that stop the theories.
