India is the dirtiest country in the world and Indians are the most morally bankrupt people in the world that have absolutely no civic sense. I know I will be trolled and abused for saying this but this is the fucking reality. Almost every city today is fucked up, the heritage is destroyed, people have somehow accepted the dilapidation of their infrastructure and the situation is so bad that if you try to fix it, you have to deal with uncouth and incompetent people. This temple was built by Chola emperor Rajaraja I between 1003 and 1010 CE, the temple is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Some interesting facts - It is built in stunning natural colour of granite without the use of cement or binding agent. The architecture is so perfectly balanced that it’s dome casts no shadow at noon. The Vimana made up of an 80-ton granite block is one of the tallest in South India . The main temple houses one of the largest Shivalingas in India made of a single 20-ton granite block. There are a total of 108 additional Shivlingas inside the temple complex. #WATCH | Delhi: Prime Minister of Belgium, Bart De Wever, says, "I had actually planned to present to Prime Minister Modi a fitting gift — a sculpture of India Gate entirely made out of the best Belgian chocolates. But unlike the real India Gate, which has stood for almost a century, the chocolate version didn't even survive the journey to India. Chocolate is excellent for diplomacy, but not excellent for diplomatic travel, we noticed. But no worries, we have a backup in Belgium, and one way or another, I will get it to Prime Minister Modi in one piece. That's an ambition I leave India with today. But of course, we chose India Gate deliberately, as a symbol whose meaning speaks directly to our shared history and future partnership. Because India Gate carries a deep message. On the sculpture, the chocolate version, we enlarged a part of the inscription that commemorates Indian soldiers who fought and fell in Flanders Fields during the First World War. More than a century ago, Indian soldiers travelled thousands of miles to fight on Belgian soil, and we have not forgotten this. We have not forgotten their courage and their sacrifice. I met with participants of the Ukrainian Youth Forum “Youth Acts.” Today, our country celebrates Youth Day. Of course, for all of us, security is the first priority. But the Government must also take very specific, clear action to support all normal forms of public life in Ukraine – so that Ukrainian families, our people, our youth, and our children have a normal environment for life in Ukraine, one that is as fulfilling as possible. The renewed Government of Ukraine is now preparing the Cabinet of Ministers’ program of action, and I expect that civilian aspects of life, and youth policy in particular, will receive sufficient attention in the Government’s program. And we all understand the depth of this task – it is not simply about something the state can give, or something a person can do – independently or in cooperation within their community or with the state. It is much more than that. It is about reasons to stay in Ukraine, to live in Ukraine, to plan your own life and your family’s life in Ukraine, and to know that Ukraine will care about you and your family, about your future.
