It doesn’t matter what’s acceptable, it matters what the law is

He didn’t break the law, but clearly he was looking for attention…..I see both sides in this. It was a poor decision on his part.

Opinion | Why Gen Z men love Trump’s reign of destruction.

Hate how the infringe the 2nd amendment because it’s scared them! United States Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

No 'reasonable explanation' is nec. These sand clowns w. a badge should be reminded of Florida law, and told respectfully, to FO.

This event became a huge problem for the police. Mike pressed it all the way. I remember, I was down there shortly after and talked to Mike about it. He was rightfully pissed. The police enforcing feelings over law. Happens too often. Sometimes people just need to be told "no law is being broken live with it". As @johnbryanesq says, "Freedom is scary deal with it". (great line)

Yeah this is why we need more GOOD cops. It keeps BAD cops in check.

I was literally just at that beach on the other side of the pier and it would be really weird to see a guy walking around with an AR15 on his chest. Just saying, even though it is completely legal.

All of them should be fired. 0 questions. I don't need their explanation for why they broke the law & handled him in a way they'd beat him if he did to them. They all need to be fired, @GovRonDeSantis .

2A is not debatable. Everyone should be able to constitutional carry. Restrictions on mag capacity is also an infringement on 2A.

Dumbshit's like this got our open carry laws taken away in California about 10 years back. Open carry advocates had to start meeting in mass at random Starbucks with their ARs strapped across their backs just to show that they could.

Yeah the law was on his side but use some common fkn sense. He went out looking for attention then cries when he got it.
