I’ve also been brushing with DMSO after my regular brushing. It’s excellent for gum health and can reverse gum disease. I think I’ll give CD a try in a couple weeks.

I’m bad about avoiding the dentist because I had really bad experiences as a child. I am diligent with brushing, flossing and oil pulling (coconut oil) I didn’t go for 7-8 yrs because of dental phobia. Because of the flossing and oil pulling my cleaning only took 30 minutes! They were shocked! Needless to say I’m a Huge advocate for oil pulling and morning breath doesn’t exist with oil pulling!

Had a cleaning a month ago and the Hygenist told me about using the mouthwash called CloSYS Fresh breath” it has Chlorine dioxide in it .

Chlorine Dioxide kits on Amazon are less than $40. I have both the Hydrochloric Acid and the Citric Acid activators. I use it for a lot of things. Good info about it can be found on Jim Humble's website and Andreas Kalcker:

Have used it to completely reverse tooth infections, amazing. Got a tooth ache, 6 drops of clo2 in 1oz water, swish for a min or 2 and swallow slowly followed by 8 or more oz of water a few times a day.

Add a little bit of DMSO and the CDS will get deep into the gums and can heal infection at the roots

@SaltyGoat17 I took the CD to prevent Covid, what a pleasant surprise when my gums healed from receding and my hygienist couldn’t figure out why.

Excellent as a foot (or whole body) soak too. I use 30-40 drops. Goes right into the plasma (you can taste it!) Been using with my son since he was a child. Now if he even gets a sniffle or an ingrown toenail his feet go right into a CD bath.

Any Chlorine dioxide brand that you would recommend or does it matter? I have a Periodontal alpt in 2w so it cannot hurt to try.

I use it on my tiny dog that has horrible dental infections. It is so much better - almost gone -(but can't seem to completely knock it out) I have small spray bottle of activated CD. I usually spray it in my own mouth at least 1x

I get so tired when you go to the dentist and they keep pushing the deep cleaning to find out that all you need to do is use the mouth rinse

Definitely not a good idea. If you take away all that bacteria and strip your mouth from its natural flora coatings on the inside, it makes it so accessible for a high risk bacteria arrangement in your gums and your tissue inflammation. It’s not even funny. What a way to get sick
