Sitting on 10,000 hectares of land, the entire Enugu Smart City is larger than the combined land area of Surulere and Ikeja Local Government Areas of Lagos State. A significant project takes shape in Enugu as the Managing Director of Walsh Blanc, Uloma Nwosu, welcomed Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, to the new Ohanaeze Ndigbo Headquarters for an inspection of the ongoing construction. Walsh Blanc, a construction, interior finishing, and furnishing company, is handling the project from construction through to the finishing and furnishing details, bringing together structure, functionality, and thoughtful design under one roof. The project is fully funded by H.E. Rochas Okorocha and is being delivered as a new home for Ohanaeze Ndigbo. During the visit, Governor Peter Mbah inspected the progress of the building as Walsh Blanc continues to bring the project to completion.
