After the rain season is over, these seedlings (trees) you've planted will need to be irrigated. What measures has the national & county government put in place to provide water bowsers to irrigate the seedlings?

Planting 15 bn trees in the next 10Yrs is a noble endeavor.Atleast each kenyan should plant 30 trees per year or 300 by 2032.Its possible.Planting a tree is like bearing a child; someone must take care of it.What plans has your govt put in place to take care of each tree? 🌲🌲🌲

Dear Mr.president,I don't know how my proposal would sound but what if we rethink the types of trees we are planting and include edible ones? Germany and Canada have scaled up planting edible trees and it has gone long way to boost food production.

This is a great initiative HE Dr Ruto. I recommend we also work on reduction of firewood use in schools and tea factories. Have been a pioneer in LPG use in schools which is a transition fuel towards decarbonization

For Kenya, I believe the government's important responsibility is to map out potential areas especially in the Highlands region to establish key tree planting mandates/ policy framework and river revitalisation programs. This will be historic and a service to humanity. E.g Nakur
