📌 "It looks like assault." 📌 'Any different to Mitrovic?' Ref Watch analyse the incident where an assistant referee is accused of elbowing Andy Robertson. ⭕

Robertson grabs him, he pulls his arm away and Robertson gets hit because of it. It's 100% completely and entirely his own fault.

If Robertson doesn't put his hands on the lino then none of that happens. Big Baaaaby.

Maybe it's just me but far too much is being made of this. Robertson has clearly started something and the linesman has shrugged him off. It doesn't look like he's trying to elbow him to me.

@SkySportsNews I have never heard as much bollocks in my life as what Steven Warnock is talking here, nothing like Mitrovic incident & Robertson just wants to have a chat with him!! Stick Warnock on a touchline for 45 mins, & have Robertson mouthing off at you for all that time as well.

Robertson likes to dish it out but can't take it, get on with it you big baby.

Entirely Robertson’s doing. Marching up to an official to try and intimidate and bully him. Well done Lino for sticking up for yourself. In the words of Roy Keane - absolute baby

Robertson didn’t get in his face, he walked up to him and stopped and the official walked past. He put his hand on his arm wasn’t aggressive though even though he still shouldn’t of gone it, there’s no excuse for what happened he should be banned or sacked!

He needs sacking immediately.

It wasn’t a deliberate elbow he’s not even looking at Robertson. He has his arm grabbed while he’s looking in the other direction and instinctively tries to shrug it off and ends up catching him. In law you can defend yourself as long as it’s not excessive and this wasn’t

Robertson was aggressive, shouting at the assistant (who knows what?) and grabbing him by the arm. That alone deserves a Mitrovich style ban. The assistant did what any normal person would do and defended himself against that brutal assault by Robertson.
