I think to be that archetype you have to be so technically superior (Cherki) to make it work, which I thought Wirtz was But man his small details I can’t even get on board with atm, ball bouncing off him I do think there’s a massive confidence issue there atm too

Yepp but unfortunately he isn’t. I think he’s better technically than what he’s showing but it isn’t elite. It’s unlikely it works out he’s got to be dropped and then we’ll see

Some of this is accurate. However, it’s not physicality that stops him being able to control a ball or make a relatively simple pass. It’s not physicality that causes him to make the wrong decisions in possession.
