The Aces defense isnt that good? The Fever are the only team in the playoffs that came in with a below league average defense. Their back court is small and traffic cones defensively with Boston ailing, this was an obvious outcome. I didnt like Fevers against Aces or the Dream.

Only one real common denominator between this year and last year…. That’s all I’m gonna say…

They have a Stephanie White and a coaching problem. Every problem that this team has it starts with the coaching.

Coaches and teammates were a defensive unit last year with no weak link in effort and talent. They didn’t have a hateful mob waiting to scapegoat them to protect one player, so they played freely and made plays confidently without worrying about hateful backlash

I feel like if you were actually watching their season and was honest about what you saw, you’d know they never had it. Have no1 outside of big 3 and the worst defense in the league. This was never their year.

We need to stop referring to the unusual subs/line ups as "experimenting." White is a calculated coach. She's not just trying some new combo out and crossing her fingers. I believe she thinks she is being tactical. Perhaps trying to foil the opponents game planning with combos they wouldn't have planned for.

Honestly, the only team I would think that Fever had a chance or beating was the Wings. I dont think they stood even a remote chance against anyone else.
