It was a great honor to create the storyboard base for this sequence from Disventure Camp S5 - EP8. When it’s time to create a musical number, it’s always a challenge to get the timing just right according to the beat. I’m really happy with how this one turned out!

Seeing the process of pre-production to the finished product is so inspiring. As a screenwriter, I never would've imagined falling in love with this season's musical pieces, especially this one, as the lyrics really highlight how excluding the competitive side, there's fun & love

Thank goodness you got my good side.

Spent a lot of time figuring out the layout storyboard for this scene, trying to make sure every beat worked with the timing, composition, and transitions. Really grateful to the animatic and animation team for making it happen.

Here’s a video (via swarmcitytexanz, TT) showing Janice McNair’s convo with DeMeco Ryans when he was hired. “I’m gunna try not to cry. I’m the biggest fan DeMeco has for a long time, maybe next to his mother. We’re just so happy to have you. It’s a dream to us.” RIP Janice McNair. Will be great to honor her this season.

A subdued Bill O’Brien ended his press conference tonight with a common refrain from this 1-5 season: “…It starts with me. I told the team this - I’m the head coach, right? I can’t figure out how to get this team how to play. I can’t get the coaching staff to coach it right. It’s on me. I’ve gotta do a better job of coaching the team. I’ve gotta do a better job of helping the coaches. This was a terrible night. But it’s football, and it’s adversity…” WEEI #ForBoston #NextLevel

When I started this . I never expected it to go this far . It’s been a fun and amazing experience. Unfortunately we are almost at the end of this journey(one month left) ❤️😂 One thing I’m happy about is I’ve been able to create a platform for the kids who stood out. Helping them grow it. Thank you all for the love ❤️. We really appreciate it .

Elena Rybakina says she knew she had to play riskier tennis today to beat Aryna Sabalenka in the Australian Open final “It’s an incredible achievement. Super happy and proud. It was a really tough battle. I didn’t expect to turn it around. Got some opportunities. Aryna is a very tough opponent but I’m super happy this time I’m holding the trophy.” “Last time I was close but Aryna played really well that match. She stepped in, she went for her shots, she was serving really well. She was even risking a little bit because the 2nd serve was going as the first. I knew even today if I get a chance to lead I will need to try some risky shots and just go for it. Not wait for any mistakes or even get to the long rallies. It’s great and it’s amazing to hold this trophy this time.” ❤️ (via Australian Open Press)

Time for a new bale pod! When it’s this cold it’s sure nice to only have to do chores once every 20-21 days. With wind chill it’s -31C this afternoon, with overnight expected to get near -44C. It takes generations to create a herd that fits this environment🤠

Donte Whitner on Brock Purdy’s performance against the Colts: “When I’m watching him, like right now being removed from the team, and being from afar and being a fan at home, I’m like 'wow, this motherfucker is really good'. When it comes to analyzing Brock, it’s the anticipatory plays, but then it’s the confidence behind it. The ability to get the quick throw out, but also not throw the ball to the defense when they get his number and Kyle Shanahan’s number…. That fucker proved to me that he’s a top-5 quarterback in the NFL.” via: Grit Code Podcast

Channing Frye on Kawhi Leonard trade talks: “It’s interesting that this was his contract year and he has the healthiest season ever, right? I’m just going to say it out loud it’s hard for me to commit to you when I get if I’m paying you $50 million a year for a four year contract and I get one great year out of you and it just so happens to be the contract year. To me, you can’t keep doing the same thing expecting a different result. So, hey you want to go to the Raptors, for the Raptors I think he fits in.” (Via Road Trippin’ Show)

I was there today and this was disrespectful and dishonoring. The pulpit should not be used to attack a leader who was kind enough to ask you to pray for him. It’s always right to show honor to a leader especially when he’s with his family and grandchildren. Choose Honor!

Qullamaggie on Price Always Tells You When It’s Time to Get Out and When It’s Time to Get In “There’s no money in speculating what the market will do. Just follow the price action, and especially the price action of the leaders. I’ve unfollowed so many people on Twitter and I’ve completely stopped financial media because I realized no one knows anything. It’s all just entertainment. Yeah, I used to too but now I just… I can’t figure any of it out. Macro is not really my thing. And especially if you get it right, you also have to get the timing right. Like all these people — if you’ve seen The Big Short — all these hedge funds and investors who saw the financial crisis coming… they were like three, two, three, four years too early. Like, what’s the point, right? It’s just so hard. That’s why I’m a very nimble trader and I just follow the price. The price will always tell me when it’s time to get out and when it’s time to get in. Not interest rates, not media — no one other than price.”
