It will never cease to amaze me that Creative Assembly, a studio best known for making strategy games has not only made the best Alien game, but also one of the best horror games of all time.

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT. You are right. Let’s not bring negativity to this game’s name. My bad. What’s done is done. Check out my piggy bank instead. It’s sick.

I’m gonna mod this game and play in VR. Keep you posted.

Alien Isolation was probably the scariest game I've played. I had to take a break once cuz I thought my heart would give out. The amount of tension and anxiety building is just PERFECT. You CANNOT win against them, it's always sneak away, or hide and hope they don't find you.

Same team within CA worked on character action games Spartan: Total Warrior (Total Warrior was supposed to be their console brand like Total War on PC) and Viking: Battle for Asgard. Early prototypes show Islolation gameplay in 3rd person but thankfully they moved to 1st person.

I had no idea! Such a talented team.

This game was everything I wanted in an ALIEN game... though my only gripe is that they gave me TOO much of what I wanted (game should've ended with the reactor overload)

Never getting over how dirty IGN did this game in their review, truly one of their worst. Still holding out hope we'll get a proper sequel someday.

Try to play this in VR, its horrifying.
