It’s actually insane that GPT-4 can do this correctly on the 1st try.

Literally clear out the next 72hrs and focus solely on AI dev workflow acceleration. You will not regret it.

Same. I pair program with GPT-4. It makes a lot of mistakes, but also teaches me new things every day. Transformational.

Great idea adding comments above the file you’re referencing for context, don’t know why that didn’t occur to me sooner! I particularly like the feature where you can specify instructions to the chat in the “more” tab on CTRL + L, the comments is practically same for CTRL + K!

@zm_zoheb Highly recommend a folder called prompts that’s just examples

Wouldn’t a screen cast be better?

The Edit feature in Cursor gives me so much anxiety how do you overcome this

@mrdrinkmeyeezys 1) Not a huge fan of diff editors. Cursor and Copilot’s edit feature do this. I suspect there’s better UX. 2) Takes practice. People can’t skip this step. Sounds so basic but put in the reps and you get good at prompting and getting quality generations. AI dev is a skill.

Honestly, every time I use GPT-4, I feel like I'm living in a sci-fi novel. Who's with me? 🚀 😜
