Here’s what the communication was like after Helene hit WNC. It’s beyond horrible, and these people still need so much help. So many there believe they have been forgotten. That’s so sad. There are people in our state and federal government who need to see the inside of a jail cell for a long time. Do you think it’s a coincidence that there is land the government wanted, and it just so happens that this same land gets flooded? There is too much nonsense happening in this country right now. Where is this woman getting power and authority, and now she is interfering with the King’s land. Seriously, people need to know their limits. The country has completely lost its morals. When a Black political leader whose entire career is built upon the slogan of “land expropriation” stands in front of White landowners and reassures them that only unused land will be taken, while “productive” land will be spared, he’s not fighting dispossession. He’s managing it. He’s saying: It’s okay for you to keep the land, as long as you’re extracting value from it. In that exact moment, land stops being a site of justice or historical redress. It becomes a productive asset, judged only by its economic output, not by how it was acquired or who was dispossessed to make it “productive” in the first place. That’s not radical. It’s violent capitalism. And in a country like South Africa, where the entire architecture of land ownership was violently constructed around White supremacy, “productive land” just means White-owned land. So protecting “productive land” is functionally indistinguishable from protecting the status quo. With this line of argument, the dispossessed aren’t being offered land. They’re being offered food security. They’re told to wait a little longer, for “growth”, for “partnerships”, for jobs, for benevolence from their “bosses”. In fact, this logic says: if you’re a current landowner, all you need to do to avoid expropriation is start farming harder. That’s it. Just produce and there will be no land redress. This is not land reform. It’s land perform. It’s a theatrical gesture of justice that leaves the underlying power structure untouched. Any land in the UK without planning permission is worthless. It’s just grass. And that’s exactly why it sells so cheaply. This is the land I actively look for as a developer. I find land without planning, secure it now, and agree to pay for it later, when and ONLY when we get a successful application for planning permission to build homes on that land. I own many, many acres of land across the UK on options like this through "purchase option agreements". The deal is simple. I pay £1 for the option to buy the land; in the meantime my company gets control over the land to put in planning permission applications. When the planning is accepted, we then pay the owner the prior agreed amount they wanted for the land. Take one of my recent land deals... The first pre-app for houses to be built on the land was rejected. But the council confirmed access worked, the road worked, and they liked the scheme in principle. The only issue was density, too many houses on the application. So we adjusted the application. Now it’s going back in as seven larger homes, spaced properly, designed to suit the area. Once planning is granted, I don’t build anything. I sell the land (with planning permission) for a far higher price vs what I paid for it. The profit is made in the planning uplift. That’s the business model. This is a simple yet seriously effective way to make hundreds of thousands if not millions, every year in the UK. I ask for everyone to watch this, absorb this, and share it. This is THE most important and truthful speech ever given by any human being in the history of the Middle East. Listen to every single word Golda Meir says. Because this is the answer that destroys every ounce of propaganda ever told against Israel. If we are told by the entire world to give to the Arab people the land prior to the war of 1967 because it’s so important, then why was there a war in 1967??? Arabs already controlled the land prior to 1967. Neither Egypt nor Syria nor Jordan gave this land to the “Palestinians”. Nope. They attacked Israel to wipe us out because it’s never been about the land they had, but it’s because of the land we have. They want all of it. They want ethnic cleansing. They want genocide. That’s the truth. The reality is that nobody is willing to repatriate the Arabs because it will cause a world war. Arabs already controlled the land prior to 1967. Neither Egypt nor Syria nor Jordan gave this land to the “Palestinians”. Nope. They attacked Israel to wipe us out because it’s never been about the land they had, but it’s because of the land we have. They want all of it. They want ethnic cleansing. They want genocide. That’s the truth. The reality is that nobody is willing to repatriate the Arabs because it will cause a world war. So instead, the world believes it’s easier to sacrifice 10 million Israeli lives to appease the Arabs. And I and every other genuine Israeli (not these leftist freaks who hate Israel from the inside) are saying loudly and clearly, that we will never allow our people to be sacrificed again. We will defend our land and our people to the death. And however many of our enemies need to die so that we are not exterminated by them, so be it. They are the warmongers. They are the ones starting wars. They are the murderers. And we will crush them all!!!

HOW DID LAND MEANT FOR MURANG’A AND KIMBU RESIDENTS END UP IN THE HANDS OF FOREIGN INVESTORS? The land surrendered by Del Monte in Murang’a County, measuring over 7,000 acres, was meant to bring justice to the local community. When I served as Speaker of the National Assembly, Parliament made a clear resolution that this land be allocated to nearly 4,000 local beneficiaries who had waited for years for rightful settlement. That decision represented hope for many families who believed that, at last, fairness would prevail. It is therefore deeply disturbing that a portion of this land has now been allocated to investors from Bangladesh under the watch of President William Ruto, while many of the intended beneficiaries remain without land. This is unacceptable. The people of Murang’a cannot be sidelined while their land is handed to outsiders. The United Alternative Government will ensure that the will of Parliament and the rights of the local community are respected, and that land meant for the people is returned and allocated transparently and lawfully.
