2 games this year the crows have just had to receive an ‘apology’ from the AFL, the missed free kick that should have been awarded to Dawson against Collingwood at the MCG and now this, it is an absolute disgrace. An apology isn’t good enough.

I have no allegiance to either side, but there is no reason why the ARC can’t radio down to the umpires and call a review like VAR in football after the fact. Even after Sydney have played on, you can absolutely bring it back. Same as last week with Cameron out of bounds.

Stand down the umpire? The AFL are pathetic. Admit it's wrong, solve the problem and move on. AFL sit way too high on the horse.

So are we going to stand down every umpire that makes an error? There will be none left.

So the only response the AFL has is to scapegoat the umpire and try and move on from this massive blunder. They’ve completely screwed Adelaide here, there must be change to ensure this never happens again.

Not just the umpires fault. AFL’s fault for not having the right systems and procedures in place to correct that decision. The game allows for human error. Can’t just pin it on the umpire.

I have heard from so many commentators that every score is reviewed. People who have bet on the game have lost money. Other teams who had a chance of making the top 8 have lost out. Thousands of fans are having serious doubts about the integrity of this sport.

Either start with 4 points next year or give us a first round draft pick… slightly hyperbolic, but an apology won’t cut it
