Same shit in Norway. Govt imports "refugees" who don't work, give them our tax money to live on and pay rent with, give them preferable loan conditions on mortgages — using our money to bet against us in the housing market while the state does everything to avoid construction.

I knew our political class was evil but the last few days are hitting home how ignorant and stupid they are as well. Wow, supply and demand is... A thing 😲 and it makes houses expensive?!?

That gave me a good laugh.

One can deduce the issue without even knowing the rate of migration. If the rate of new houses has increased, how can there be demand if the native population isn't producing a replaceable population? The only reason could be if there was an influx of non-native persons. These people are ultimately cowards because they will avoid any non-supportive scientific data which contradicts their ideology.
