Clip 1 - My video with the NK song Clip 2 - The NK song recorded over 50 years ago Clip 3 - The claimant Kim Hyeyoung's recording Very clearly Kim Hyeyoung's version of 'Nice to Meet you' is not used, so she has no claim. So the claim is invalid, yet I am going to get a copyright strike and have no way of fighting malicious/false claims like this? She certainly does not own the rights to North Korean Government works, nor does North Korea issue such copyright claims.
