Christopher Nolan is back in theaters in less than three weeks & I can’t wait. I’m excited to see some of the set pieces Nolan executes in The Odyssey, including the way in which Nolan brings the Trojan Horse to life. Nolan brought the Batmobile to life in the best way possible, which is just one example of Nolan’s excellence.

16 years ago, Inception changed my expectations of what a summer blockbuster could deliver. Flash forward to 2026 & Christopher Nolan has done it again. I definitely see parallels between some of the filmmaking techniques Nolan deploys in Inception as well as in The Odyssey. The Odyssey feels like a summation of all of Nolan’s past work, Inception included.

Interstellar is one of the best in theater experiences of my life & Christopher Nolan just topped it with The Odyssey. As someone whose life was greatly impacted by Interstellar, I can’t believe I’m sitting here in 2026 in the wake of an even more impressive Nolan blockbuster. Christopher Nolan is truly that dude.
