It’s difficult to even say whose contribution to European and Euro-Atlantic security is greater than that of our warriors who defend freedom with their lives. I’m grateful to all partners who support us in this. 🇺🇦 did everything to ensure the approval of our NATO application.

NATO issue=Main reason for the outbreak of the war, which could have been easily avoided by a neutral status.

This week, the Russians have launched around 30 missiles of various types, more than 800 guided aerial bombs, and nearly 300 strike drones against Ukraine. Ukraine needs strong support from our partners to defend lives against Russian terror—air defense, long-range capabilities, support for our warriors. Everything that will help force Russia to end this war. I thank everyone around the world who understands this and our partners who help and support us.

Today, there has been a lot of international work. Our teams are working with the United States as we prepare for negotiations this Friday. The agreement with the U.S. The support of our country and people. Peace and security guarantees are the key to ensuring that Russia can no longer destroy the lives of other nations. I will meet with President Donald J. Trump. For me and for all of us in the world, it’s important that U.S. support is not stopped. Strength is needed on the path to peace. I am grateful to all the partners who continue to support us, and to all our people who believe in Ukraine.

95 of our people are home again. These are the warriors who defended Mariupol and "Azovstal," as well as the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Kherson regions. Each time Ukraine rescues its people from Russian captivity, we bring closer the day when freedom will be returned to all those still held in Russian captivity. I thank the team involved in finding and liberating prisoners. We are doing everything to bring back all of our people held by Russia. I am grateful to the warriors who replenish the exchange fund and to all our partners who help us. 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

The fate of Ukraine and our Independence is determined by the daily efforts of everyone who defends our country and helps it stand strong. And it is important for all of us to remember the price at which our freedom is won. To honor all those who fought and continue to fight for Ukraine. And to be grateful to everyone who contributes to keeping Ukraine free. Today, together, we honored the memory of our fallen heroes at the Wall of Remembrance in Kyiv. Eternal gratitude to all who defended and continue to defend our country. Eternal memory to our defenders who gave their lives defending Ukraine.

Today, I held a meeting with the Prime Minister, Denys Shmyhal, regarding recovery efforts. The government is preparing additional measures to ensure that more Ukrainian children can attend school in person this autumn, rather than online, so they can experience normal school life as much as possible under the current circumstances. Secondly, our relations with partners: we are preparing agreements and arrangements that will be finalized this August. These include security agreements, with negotiations set to begin tomorrow with another European country. We are also organizing visits of leaders to Ukraine, along with the content of our negotiations and the long-term philosophy of our agreements. It is crucial to ensure sustainability for our state for years to come, as this will guarantee greater opportunities for us this year, given the current challenges and threats. Our primary tasks are to support the Defense Forces, the state budget, and Ukraine's social resilience. I am grateful to everyone worldwide who is helping us. And, of course, I extend my gratitude to our warriors – all the soldiers, sergeants, and officers on the front lines who protect our state, defend our positions, care for neighboring units, and assist when needed.

I want to express gratitude to our air defense warriors—every individual in the various types and branches of our forces who protect our skies. Every night and every day, they intercept Russian Shahed drones and missiles. This morning, they successfully shot down a Russian ballistic missile. Every success like this saves lives. Ukraine is deeply grateful to all our partners who provide interceptor missiles and air defense systems. We are currently working to secure additional supplies—missiles, defense systems, and everything necessary to strengthen our mobile fire groups. Our strategic goal is to reach a practical level of cooperation with our partners that allows us to produce the air defense systems and interceptor missiles we need here in Ukraine. I am grateful to everyone who helps us.

My special gratitude on this Memorial day goes to all Americans of different times – sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters, who became the warriors and whose strength turned into the strength of freedom and who were destined to show to the world that freedom will always shine bright on the hill. Let our victory, of the Ukrainian warriors, make this light shine brighter! Your freedom stood, thanks to those who fought for it. Our freedom will stand, thanks to those who are fighting for it. 🇺🇦🇺🇸

I'm in Munich today with a bipartisan delegation to reaffirm the importance of the Transatlantic alliance, our European partners and NATO. As German Chancellor Merz emphasized this morning, NATO is important not just to European security, but to American security as well.

I am grateful to Sweden for its principled support for our movement toward the European Union. We are counting on the opening of the negotiating clusters very soon – everything is ready for this. And we must move further so that Ukraine’s participation in European affairs – our security experience, our economic potential, and the potential of Ukrainian creativity – becomes a full-fledged part of European relations and European development. Ukraine is fighting with all its strength for its life and for the European way of life. We are very grateful to everyone who supports us, everyone who respects us, the Ukrainian people, and everyone who helps us bring peace closer. Thank you, Sweden! From a joint press conference with Ulf Kristersson. (3/3)

We all have to understand that the main task is de-occupation of our land & freeing our people from 🇷🇺 evil. Thanks to everyone who helps. Who creates jobs in 🇺🇦, pays taxes. Who keeps the world's focus on 🇺🇦. To all who organizes fundraising for our warriors and our recovery.

It was another powerful day for our defense, for our international positions. I thank Mr. President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Mr. Chancellor Olaf Scholz Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz and the German 🇩🇪 people for the powerful defense package, for their leadership in defending lives from Russian terror together with us. We are returning with important decisions on weapons for our warriors. We are grateful to the German and European community for honoring the Ukrainian people with the International Charlemagne Prize @KarlspreisAC. This is yet another recognition that our people are defending freedom – their own and that of the whole of Europe – and strengthening European unity. I am grateful to Emmanuel Macron and all the people of France 🇫🇷 for the military support for our warriors, which helps in the fight against Russian terrorists. Together we are bringing peace closer for all Ukrainians and Europeans. Glory to everyone who helps! Glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦!
