In this drill I am working on throwing off my right foot. See how many you can do staying balanced. When throwing on the run, it’s easy to get pulled away from your target and fall all over the place. Keep your tilt, a loose arm and tight core. Start palms down elbows up, chest and hips to target as you’re throwing, and work on stay down as you release opposed to popping up.
