The precise description I gave @ohhshiny a few years ago was "Upscaling changes should not be visible at the original resolution. It should only occur within the new expanded-resolution pixels"

@javilopen Feature request. A Magnific downscaler that retains image quality. Where you can resize, compress, and maybe approximate file size. Useful for things like e-commerce (Amazon) where a mix between quality and file size is preferred. Because there's a file size limit.

Precision is crazy!

This is incredible, and SO needed. I wonder though, why hasn't Magnific expanded into video enhancement as well? I'm new to all this, but wouldn't it just be a matter of applying the enhancements to multiple frames? Or would there be problems keeping it consistent?

More problemic, yep. But not quantum physics. So, eventually. But will be expensive.
