They stopped hiking because it got too hard. They gave up tennis. They hesitate before the stairs they used to take without thinking. The kind of Catholicism practiced by Italians is the result of a profound inculturation that has been ongoing for many centuries. Italians are not a rigid or logical people. Their world is one of deep passions, emotions, and festive exuberance. It's only natural then that the religion they practice would be shaped and influenced by that temperament. That the Catholic Church has successfully managed to do this is a testimony to its enduring ability to be a truly universal faith, not a narrow and parochial one. It's a tragic shame that so many outsiders seem unable to perceive this and instead hurl insults and condemnations because they are either too close-minded or ignorant to understand (or even desire to) how such a unique expression of a religion could have been created and continue to exist, nourishing those who partake in it.

I remember that in all the OT7 interviews at the beginning of the Arirang promotions, the members, without exception, credited Kim Taehyung with creating “Into the Sun,” as did the track's producers. They also shared that the most memorable moment of the songwriting camp was with Tae, while he created the melody and the producers spontaneously added harmonies. Even Bang PD and Pdogg gave Taehyung credit for the song's creation. “Into the Sun” quickly became one of the most acclaimed songs on the album, both by critics and the public. The connection is surreal, just as the song went viral after Tae's choreography. Seeing him technically and artistically expressing emotional release from beginning to end of the track on this tour connects me deeply with the song. I guess everyone knows by now some details of Taekook Sakaebar.code. I'm just adding our experience and we were able to ask some questions from the charming staffs. Someone called them to make an arrangement for a place and do a reservation for 2 people. The staffs were surprised when Taehyung and Jungkook arrived in the restaurant. He said that it was Taehyung who searched for the restaurant and made a reservation. I asked why Jungkook didn't have a signature, and the staff said he went to the toilet when they asked for the signs. Taehyung graced them with 5 (yes 5, not only 2) signatures 😅 Taekook ordered: Sashimi Shrimp pasta Fried shrimp Sake And they ordered highball for their last drink.

The Delta Snake Review: Continuing the buildup for the eBook version of The Quitturz, here's an informal series that lists albums by artists I consider are the true “Godfathers Of Punk.” The True Godfathers Of Punk - Part One In the early days of Punk, it was common for music reviewers and writers to cite "Godfathers of Punk" from the 60s (or 50s) as influences on the first wave of artists. That was understandable; people naturally try to understand the origins of a new music genre, but it also reflected the age of the writers, most of whom were Boomers and publicists promoting back catalogs of '60s and '70s artists. However, a few decades later, it's evident that Punk wasn't a temporary fad and became a full-fledged genre. As a result, one could say that the true Godfathers were those outstanding groups in the first wave or generation of Punk. The artists in the first generation that I admired covered an extensive range of styles, ranging from pop, Rock, trash rock, and even progressive. In fact, you might only recognize many of the "Punk" songs by their sensibility (lyrics) or the group or artist's appearance. It was very much an attitude and fashion trend also. In the end, one could say that Punk wasn't just the latest thing but part of the natural process of the next generation of artists discovering Rock and Roll (and blowing past the usual gatekeepers that had developed in the previous generations). I will make a list of albums by artists I consider to be the true Godfathers of Punk, given that the genre continued on from their work. It goes without saying that there will be omissions that will convince Punk fans of my incompetence as a music critic and writer. I will cover those in no particular order and discuss one in this blog entry. Some of these albums now sound dated or overrated after a few decades, but those observations will be left out of the review. All of the albums that'll be mentioned deserve the respect given to works that were inspirations to the succeeding waves of musicians and listeners. I should note that, as usual, Google and other search engines are available if you want more details about chatbots or AI apps or if you prefer to read a lecture on the subject. Nick Lowe: Pure Pop For Now People (U.K. Title: Jesus Of Cool) - Stiff Records (US) Nick Lowe was pivotal in the punk movement as a session man, producer, and composer. He influenced the pop aspect of Punk (which was always there). Quite a few punk artists had a distinctive style, complete with a rebellious attitude, but their commercial breakthroughs tended to be their more accessible songs. One of the things he achieved was to make good Pop cool again. His first solo album was an extraordinary combination of Rock and recreations of old pop styles. One of the songs, "The Rollers Show," was very much a tribute to the notion that the younger generation discovers rock and roll hits in each generation, a thrill that you only really experience once before you get older Lyrically, he was quite different, as evidenced by one of his more eccentric songs, Marie Provost, which depicted the death of a once famous silent movie star, whose silent movie career was ruined once the "Talkies" came because of her New York accent. On the surface, it's black humor, but there is an undercurrent of sympathy and warmth, which is present in many of the best pop songs that involve a tragedy. As far as flat-out rockers, his song "Heart Of The City" rocks as hard as any Ramones cut. What can make a song sound like a hard rock isn't always the volume of the guitar(s) but the arrangement and mix. It's an album that doesn't sound dated, and it's well worth checking out. A half eaten apple, the cross that was placed on their clothes, and their name that was finally carved together. #TicketToHeavenEP4 ☆ That apple reminds me of the apple in Adam and Eve story. It's like a symbolic way of how they gave in to something that was considered as 'forbidden' ☆ The cross. I saw the hesitation in Tanrak's eyes when he took it off. It didn't feel like he removed it simply because he was afraid of losing it. Instead, it was as if guilt was gnawing at him, like if he kept it on, he would feel the heavy weight of God watching him. Taking it off was like the choice to let go of that guilt and judgment ☆ The names on the tree. Carving their names into the tree feels like their permanent vow. As if a physical mark that Tanrak chose Barth, for now. To accompany him, to face the world with him // I genuinely didn't know what they actually trying to convey, it's just my personal point of view when I saw this

The selective outrage is evidence of the brainwashing pushed by leftist celebrities and politicians. They won't talk about Iran because they actually support the satanic Islamic regime and not the innocent Iranian people begging Trump to help them.

To everyone in the comments who dismissed what happened as "just fooling around", "playing", "family dynamics" or "normal friendship". To everyone who insisted this was completely normal. To those who justified the obvious, told me I was "acting like his mom," said Jungkook is an adult who can take care of himself, mocked my concern and called it dramatic. To those who insulted Jungkook, as well as me, accused me of being a shipper and called me a bitch (Honestly, I'm not even sure which of those insults offends me more) Look. I hope you're satisfied now? I hope you've finally run out of excuses? Although I'm probably expecting too much from you. I couldn't care less how creatively you try to justify something that simply cannot be justified. Reality doesn't change just because it's more convenient for you to pretend the problem doesn't exist. But remember one thing. If the tour has to be postponed,or even canceled, because of Jungkook's injury, your excuses won't put him back on stage.Your jokes won't help him recover, and your denial won't erase the consequences. Encouraging this kind of behavior won't do your fave act any favors either. Loving an artist isn't about making excuses for everything they do. It's about being able to admit that even they can make mistakes or behave in ways that shouldn't be excused. Blind loyalty has never been a sign of love. Tyler Spry: There’s a video that’s gone around on the Internet when I was writing with V, James Essien and Sean Foreman. That video is not the making of any of the songs that made the album, but it was one of the most fun days I had in the studio with the guys. We were just jumping up and down, singing the songs. I think that it was one of the freest days we had in the studio, creatively. So I do hope that song gets to see the light of day.

I’ve seen a lot of people accuse Saudi Arabia of fabricating the moon sighting. Below is proof that it wasn’t. The first video is the exact moment the moon was sighted. The second video is the official testifying before a judge about the set up and what he saw exactly. He says "At 6:11pm (precisely) we saw an opening in the sky, and we all saw the moon and around the opening was all clouds" There is also a picture but it is against the Sunnah to share proof when a testimony is given by a Muslim so I refuse to share it in case we set a precedent to always share a picture and that would be a big error. A testimony of a Muslim is enough as we see from the Hadith of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbaas رضي الله عنه said: A Bedouin came to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and said, I have seen the new moon tonight. He said, "Do you bear witness that there is no god except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah?" He said, Yes. He said, "Get up, O Bilaal, and announce to the people that they should fast tomorrow." [at Tirmidhi: 691 Abu Dawood: [2340], an Nasaa'i: [2112] Ibn Maajah: [1652]. Shaykh al Albaani رحمه الله said: So we see from the Hadith that he, صلى الله عليه وسلم، instructed Bilaal to announce to the people that they would fast the next day. So the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم was content with the testimony of this man, whom he did not know, on the basis that he bore witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, i.e. he knew that he was a Muslim, but he did not check on him any further and he did not try to find out how intelligent and smart he was, as was the case in the first Hadith in which the witness was 'Abd Allah ibn 'Umar ibn al Khattab رضي الله عنه. Yet despite that he accepted his testimony. This Hadith makes things easier for people, and what this means is that the judge should be content with the witness as he appears to be, without needing to find people who know this man and can testify that he is of good character, as was the habit of judges since time immemorial. Rather it is sufficient to know that he is a Muslim. This man was a Bedouin of whom the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had no prior knowledge and he was content that he uttered the Shahaadatayn before him. So he was a Muslim with the same rights and duties as any other, and based on his testimony and the fact that he was a Muslim he said: O Bilaal, announced to the people that they should fast tomorrow. [At Ta laaq 'ala Kitaab Bulugh al Maraam, (audio tape), Hadith 5, Kitaab al Siyaam] This Hadith is evidence for the principle that a Muslim is to be regarded as being of good character unless proven otherwise. Al San'aani رحمه الله said concerning what we learn from the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbaas رضي الله عنه: It indicates that the basic principle with regard to the Muslims is that they are of good character, because the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم did not ask the Bedouin for anything except the Shahaadah. I’ve seen a lot of people accuse Saudi Arabia of fabricating the moon sighting. Below is proof that it wasn’t. The first video is the exact moment the moon was sighted. The second video is the official testifying before a judge about the set up and what he saw exactly. He says "At 6:11pm (precisely) we saw an opening in the sky, and we all saw the moon and around the opening was all clouds" There is also a picture but it is against the Sunnah to share proof when a testimony is given by a Muslim so I refuse to share it in case we set a precedent to always share a picture and that would be a big error. This is Great! Even Fox News is now admitting that Trump is a liar and that the 2020 election "was not rigged" and it was "not stolen." Do people really still believe Trump's lies? Do people really believe that Trump isn't lying when he makes these ridiculous claims? Yes there is a small amount of election fraud in just about every election, but it comes from both sides, and it wasn't even close to changing the outcome of the election. I'm glad Americans can finally be unified over the truth. At least some of us.

This is quite funny. We're visiting Kamakura in Japan and we came across a large group of Chinese tourists in a place that, at first glance, looked nothing special. Turns out that this very spot is one of THE most iconic locations in Japan for Chinese people who grew up in the 1990s. Why? Because in the 1990s there was this Japanese basketball manga called "slam dunk" that every kid was watching in China, and the opening credits featured an image of this very spot: a railroad crossing on a small street leading to the beach in Kamakura. Apparently this place is so popular with Chinese tourists that they had to cordon it off at some point. Now it's obviously reopened with 3 guards assigned to handle the traffic. And now that they've heard about it, it's my daughters' turn to be hooked on the series so maybe in 20 years' time they'll be perpetuating the passion and come back to this "Slam Dunk" shrine ☺️

I really like the answer Namjoon gave here.. Jimin feeling like a year and half to write six songs is too long especially since he’s grown up watching mostly the hyungs churn out 10 to 20 songs in half the time he took. And Namjoon, instead of feeding into that little doubt Jimin is clearly having, he turns the point towards Jimin’s ability to pick up a dance choreo so much faster than the rest of them. What Namjoon does here is completely eliminating the notion of a comparison. Its like he’s trying to say that Jimin taking 15 months to write 6 songs but half an hour to learn a choreo while he himself may take 6 months to write 15 songs but take days to pick up their choreo shouldn’t matter because with them it’s never been a competition. It shows the level of respect and understanding they have for one another as a group but also as distinct individuals that bring different aspects of their talents and gifts to the table. They just really do not see each other’s shortcomings as shortcomings. Which is very admirable. ‘Cause no two people are the same. And it really does take a significant amount of insight to be able to recognise something like this.
