Your eyes are your most important weapon as a defensive back. Train them or die. Far too many DBs ignore them in training

You can teach your daughter to love her own skin and hair without training her to call other races "ugly." Teaching children to tear down other people isn't instilling confidence it's just radicalizing them into being hateful.

Alex Golesh on the Iron Bowl practice period: "It ain't important unless you make it important. If I've gotten any message from the Auburn family it's the fact that that game is really, really important. Well, if it's important to them, then it's certainly important to me."

For those who might think I've abandoned this recreation, nope I don't back down from a challenge , here's your update 😂 I've actually stretched FIGMA MOTION to its limit, it's beginning to crash out on me 🥲, it's glitching & misplacing objects . I honestly can't wait for them (Figma) to perfect the tool, it has so much potential🤌🏾🔥.

When using training equipment and machines at the gym, it's very important to use the correct form. When you're not used to it, it's easy to lose your form. However, the coach at this gym seems to be strict. He doesn't let his guard down until the very end😊 💪😠▶️😣💦➡️👍😑▶️😓💧
