IS THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT? How much should a food service worker actually have to put up with? Would you consider this a case of fatigue? Here we have a customer flying off the hinges with anger. Demanding respect while dishing out orders & NEEDING doughnuts. The customer goes on to say she will commit violence against the worker and go to jail if the situation warrants. The worker apologizes to no avail.

RULANI MOKWENA Morocco is a very conservative society. Most places don't even sell liquor there. Players like Lorch, Mailula and them can't just go to a Spar Tops & come out with a ngudu of Carling Black Label beer.😆 It's difficult. No after parties there. I also struggled with communication. The language was a barrier. I ended up having to use one of the players who were able to communicate in English to communicate my message. But it was just not the same
