appreciate it brother, it’s actually a critical part of it behaving in the org just like a conventional employee. lets it distribute its utility super intuitively and following governance rules that are often important for compliance. not super sexy.. but sound reasoning that has served us well

Makes sense, a lot of orgs already use employee email as the primary key for identity and governance. It's so common now to just have agents watch your own email, but I think that's a bit of an anti-pattern.

good q. i enjoy sandcastles actually. jokes aside: - our core infra from the automat platform is goated and wouldn't make sense for a company that didn't have our shape — deterministic author-able automations that you can rely on with audit trails that u actually need for high compliance workflows. - user/persona it's a unique bet. Our infra is setup so that ace has it's own persona with its own accounts and can impersonate when opportune — it's our unpopular but opinionated take on what makes this actually work inside a business. - forward deploy team to help support custom workflows/config. gl vibecoding @p3droml and @GautamBose18 and the rest of our cracked and personable fwd-deploy engineering team.

pretty justifiable given it scales to 25-50 people per agent. also complimentary inference ends up being compelling for those that know how to use it.

if it were b2c i’d agree but it’s not so i don’t 🫶 totally intentional for customers who want to take this kind of deployment seriously in their org
