“It’s just a Star Wars game”

The game had great visuals but it didn’t compare to the gameplay of the original games. We wanted a OG BF2 with updated visuals. Galactic conquest or nothing.

This game came such a long, long way from having unequivocally one of the worst-received launches of all time. DICE never abandoned it; instead, they listened to feedback, reworked the progression system, and gradually turned it into a worthwhile Star Wars experience.

This game was ass and not even in the same stratosphere as the original Battlefront II from 2005. EA absolutely fucking butchered this with the greedy shit they did and left a stain forever.

I feel like people forget how unfinished this game released

The only thing I miss about the original BF2 is that there were ships where you could pick up your friends, fly them around, and drop them off at different points on the map.

The original SW battlefront 2 was superior. Sorry.

Apparently everyone loves 2005 and hates 2017. I’m ok being the only one out here who loves bf2 2017. 2005 was clunky and stiff in its mechanics and graphics. It had more options but with far worse game movement and technology in my opinion 🤷🏽‍♂️ 2005 is unplayable for me now.

It actually is just a Star Wars game, and in fact it was so anti consumer at launch that I sold my copy for GameStop points I used on fucking Fallout 76. Which was actually fun.

This game was my life for a large portion of 2019 & 2020. Still love this game til this day!!!
