Its kinda funny that this wrong movement led to several tacticos making deep psychological "analysis" on how Odegaard is scared and runs away from these situations, yet when the exact opposite happens, the same bunch looks away and no more "analysis"?

im convinced that moment in the united game he just made the wrong decision, it never had anything to do with him being scared, whoever said that was just chatting shit.

of course it was just a bad decision! Its ludicrous to think otherwise.

I’m getting tired of the scapegoating he receives it’s gone from criticism to straight out agendas

This is an interesting clip because he gives us an extra man in the middle third to help move the ball and then runs between CB+FB just to allow Saka space. He's an unselfish footballer with amazing understanding of what the team needs

The question here is that does he do these consistently enough? Is he going to make similar runs and not lose the ball when it arrives at his feet when swarmed by multiple opposition players consistently? This has been the problem this season.

No, that is not the question. The questions raised was that he "shies away" and "hides from the ball", questioning his psychological profile when he made a bad run. Ø game and role in the squad is not about him making these runs, although they are always welcome.

@jeffrey_dalyop_ At this moment he chose to pass to B. saka.. From passing to trossad

I doubt anyone said he is scared to make runs just that in that one singular moment he shied from the spotlight. Not that deep just one moment

People in twitter where using this clip to make a whole analysis of his game and mentality for weeks after this. They where definitely not just complaining on a wrong run.

Expecting AFC sam to be impartial is like asking Stevie wonder for directions
